Eleanor M. Schneider

Eleanor M. Schneider, age 86, of 580 Russell St, Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on February 2, 1925 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Carl and Marie (Diehl) Salzman. On November 9, 1946 she married Ernest Schneider in Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death on May 2, 1989. Eleanor was a member and very active at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed going to brunch after church on Sunday's with friends, getting together with neighbors for coffee, and always was available for her friends. With Eleanor her family always came first.SURVIVORS: six children, Allen (Bonnie) Schneider of Chandler, AZ, Gordy (Paulette) Schneider of Fond du Lac, Mark Schneider of Phoenix, AZ, Jeff (special friend Beth Muldoon) Schneider of Fond du Lac, Connie (special friend Ben Schneller) Schneider of Chandler, AZ, Lori (special friend Bruce Bodoh) Schneider of Fond du Lac, eight grandchildren, Kristopher (Jana) Schneider of Seattle, WA, Rhianna (special friend Tim) Schneider of Los Angeles, CA, Rory Schneider of Fond du Lac, Kyle Schneider of Phoenix, AZ, Amanda (Michael) Gasper of West Salem, WI, Jobina Schneider (special friend Jeff) of Fond du Lac, Jillian (special friend Greg) Schneider of Fond du Lac, Nicole (special friend Mike) Schneider of Fond du Lac, four great-grandchildren, Eleanor, Kieley, Emma, and Averie, brother in law, Harold Schneider of West Rosendale, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ernest, and eleven brothers in law and sisters in law.



VISITATION: Sunday, May 15, 2011 from 4-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Monday, May 16, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church, 20 Wisconsin American Drive, Fond du Lac, with the Reverend Shari Routh officiating. Entombment will follow at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum.
