Eleanora A. Stroschine

Eleanora M. Stroschine, 84 formerly of 1212 Wisconsin Avenue, North Fond du Lac and a resident of Woodland's Senior Living, died Friday, January 28, 2011 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born in Dorchester, Wisconsin, Marathon County on May 16, 1926 the daughter of George A. and Lydia Refue Stumpf. On July 26,1947 she married Robert H. Stroschine at St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church, North Fond du Lac. Robert preceded her in death on May 19, 1995. Eleanora was head cook at Bernward Hall and later worked at Wells Manufacturing. She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, North Fond du Lac. She enjoyed dancing, flowers, gardening, playing bingo and was an avid Packer fan.SURVIVORS: four daughters; Linda M. (Jim) Berres, Kewaskum, Barbara (Jim) Dehn, Fond du Lac, Donna (Jim) Harbridge, Fond du Lac, Patricia (Robert) Mankowski, Muskego, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, one brother, Donald Stumpf, State of Oregon, and one sister Hattie Knop, Rib Lake. Eleanora was preceded in death by her parents, husband, five brothers and sisters.



Private family memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, North Fond du Lac.
