Eleanore R. Braeger

ELEANORE R. BRAEGEREleanore R. Braeger, age 88, of Fond du Lac, died Monday, November 8, 2004 at Grancare Nursing Center. She was born on July 24, 1916 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Frederick and Augustav Bastian Templin. On November 22, 1934 she married Edward W. Braeger at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death on February 29, 1996. She worked at Fond du Lac Dry Goods store and later at O'Brien's Clothing and Pranges. She was a member of Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed bowling, golfing with her husband, and shopping. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.SURVIVORS: one daughter, Barbara (Robert) Urban of Fond du Lac, one son, Richard E. (Patty) Braeger of Fond du Lac, three grandchildren, Kimberly (Kevin) Boeck, Michelle (Carry) Streeter, Kelly Braeger, three great-grandchildren, Alex, Ashley, and Miranda, two sisters, Genevieve Locks of Fond du Lac, and Ruth Boda of Fond du Lac. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, one great-grandson Zachary, three sisters, and two brothers.



VISITATION: Thursday, November 11, 2004 from 6-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Friday, November 12, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with the Reverend Douglas V. Hedman officiating. Friends may call on Thursday at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until the time of services. Entombment will follow at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park. Memorials appreciated to Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church or The American Heart and Lung Association. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
