Eleanore T. Mitchell-Danner

Eleanore T. Mitchell-Danner, 86, of Fond du Lac, died Monday, March 5, 2012 at Hospice Home of Hope. She was born August 22, 1925 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Josef and Eva Zepzauer Zauner. Eleanore married Robert Mitchell in 1949 in Illinois. In 1997 she married William Danner in Las Vegas and he preceded her in death in 2002. Eleanore graduated from Marion College with a Bachelor Degree in Education. She taught many years in the Fond du Lac School District retiring from Chegwin Elementary School in the early 1980's. She enjoyed bird watching, making artwork, collecting buttons, gardening and loved spending time with her family.SURVIVORS: two children, Robin (Darryl Cooke) Mitchell, Milwaukee, Scott (Kris) Mitchell, Fond du Lac; twelve grandchildren, Erica Broniec, Heather (Bill Borsum) Broniec, Joe, Kaitlyn, Tara, Tyler, Parker, Sawyer, MaKenna, Crosby, Aleigha, and Kennedy Mitchell; three great grandchildren, Skye Broniec, Jaida and Kienna Borsum; her former husband, Robert Mitchell, Fond du Lac; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Danner; two brothers, Edward and Richard Zauner.



VISITATION: will be held from 5 "“ 6 PM on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The memorial service will be held at 6 PM on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.
