Elizabeth Ann Brockhaus

Elizabeth Ann Brockhaus, 47, of Fond du Lac, died on March 23, 2023, at her home surrounded with her loving daughter and grandchildren. She was born on April 02, 1975, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Mary Brockhaus. At a young age she fell deeply in love with her husband, Frank Mitchem. Elizabeth was a very fun, loving and caring person who enjoyed playing cards, dancing, singing and most importantly, being the life of the party. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. She loved being a waitress and serving people. Liz loved the color purple, butterflies, also enjoy her time sitting by the lakefront. We love you to the moon and back.

She is survived by mother, Mary Brockhaus; her husband, Frank Mitchem; two brothers, Jeremy and Johann; three children, Benjamin, Tiffany and Torren; six stepchildren; Anthony, Lisa(Eric) Tina, Frank (Tabatha), Monia (Orbelindo) and Kathy (Ramon); 22 grandchildren, Dietrick, Veronica, Eric, Corey, Nick, Kabria, John, Chris, Frank, Alex, Izzy, Sophia, Ana , Andrew, Alicia, Sky, Valerie, Jaylena, Aaliyah, Jayonni, Alexis and Monia; and two great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Mason. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Joyce; aunt, Stella; three uncles, Wayne, Kurt, Tommy; and her friend and confidant, Monia Kosidowski along with other family and friends.

The visitation will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023, from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM with a time of remembrance from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the visitation.
