Elizabeth “Betty” “Babe” Redman, 84, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, June 30, 2017 at the Woodlands Senior Park. She was born November 18, 1932 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of George and Gertrude Bohlman Klein. On October 20, 1951 Babe married Glenn Redman and he preceded her in death on February, 15, 2017. She was a charter member of Sacred Heart Church. Babe enjoyed sewing, gardening, camping, and cooking.
She is survived by her children, Sandra (Arron) Starks and Randall Redman, all of Fond du Lac; siblings, Lawrence Klein of Fond du Lac, Mary (Richard) Johnson of Fond du Lac, Ronald (Betty) Klein of North Fond du Lac, and Judy (Lloyd) Hawes of Muskego; sister-in-law, Joanne Klein of Van Dyne; brother-in-law, Andy Ellefson of Fond du Lac; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glenn; sister, Dorothy (Clarence) Keller; brother, Eugene Klein; sisters-in-law, Donna Klein and Marlene Ellefson; brother-in-law, Russell Redman.
The visitation will be held Friday, July 7, 2017 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Holy Family Parish. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Sacred Heart Church. Cremation has taken place and burial will be held in Estabrooks Cemetery.
