Elizabeth J. MartinElizabeth J. "Betty" Martin, 87, of 581 4th Street, died Saturday, May 21, 2005, at ManorCare Nursing Home where she had been a resident for the past 3 weeks. She was born November 1, 1917, in Fond du Lac, a daughter of George and Alice Kelly Martin. She was formerly employed by the 101 Club and The Snack Shop. Elizabeth enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, and cats.Surviving are two daughters, Janet (Lee "Wink") Washington of Ripon, and Barb (Bill) Seth of Fond du Lac, a son, Bill (Carol) Matthews of Hemet, CA, five grandchildren, Steve (Fiance' Holly) Washington of Florida, Kim (Ron) Lindgren, Todd (Michelle) Duran, and Nina (Mike) Joubert all of Fond du Lac, and B.J. (Lisa) Seth of Columbia, SC, ten great-grandchildren, Blake, Jake, Stevie, Brooke, Jade, Nakita, Jasmine, Logan, Chance, and Molly Dean, a sister, Margie Martin of Fond du Lac, and a brother, Jack Martin of Oshkosh. She is further survived by nieces and nephews Carol Caird, Peter Woeshnick, Shareen Halverson, Marilyn Siegler, and John and David Martin, and special friends Joan Byrnes, the Tom and Colleen Kindness family, Melissa Dalton, and Joan Andrew. Her parents, two sisters, Mary Woeshnick, and Kathryn Caird, a sister-in-law, Mildred Martin, and a brother-in-law, James Caird, preceded her in death.
