Esther I. Bender

Esther I. Bender, 80, of N7331 County K, Taycheedah, died Monday, December 18, 2006, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born October 16, 1926, in Chicago, the daughter of Walter and Agnes Wisnewski Filipiak. On July 10, 1952, she married Alex Bender in Waukegan, IL. He preceded her in death on March 14, 1998. Mrs. Bender was formerly employed by Wright Paper Box Company for over 30 years, retiring in 1988. She loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren. Esther loved pets and enjoyed doing all sorts of puzzle games.Surviving are three sons; David (Pam) Bender of Fond du Lac, Daniel Bender of Taycheedah, and Kenneth (Julie) Bender of North Fond du Lac, two daughters, Barbara Trexell of Wauwatosa, and Kathy Beach of Pittsburgh, PA, 12 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Her parents, husband, five sisters, and six brothers preceded her in death.



Visitation for Mrs. Esther I. Bender will be on Friday, December 22, 2006, from 9 to 11 am at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Burial at Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery will directly follow the visitation.
