Esther P. Brotherton

Esther P. Brotherton, 89, of Oakfield, died Friday, November 30, 2007 at All About Life Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born the daughter of Charles and Lena Maske on March 5, 1918 in Beaver Dam, WI. On October 5, 1940 she married Harold "Bud" Brotherton and he preceded her in death on February 23, 1994. Esther was a member of Church of Peace. She enjoyed gardening, telling stories of the past and keeping track of the weather. SURVIVORS: one son, Harry (Doris) Brotherton, Oakfield; six grandchildren, Rick (Angie) Brotherton, Fond du Lac, Shelley (Dale) Mueller, Waupun, Wendy Brotherton special friend, Dave Landu, Madison, Keith (Sarah) Lueck, Fond du Lac, Chad (Savannah) Brotherton, Fond du Lac, Scott Brotherton, Fond du Lac; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Mae (Clyde) Kunick, Wausau and Marcella Frances, Fond du Lac. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bud, one sister Betty Boeder.



VISITATION: will be from 12 noon to 2PM on Monday, December 3, 2007 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2 PM on Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Jennifer C. M. Dawson, Co-pastor of Church of Peace officiating. Burial will be held in Wedges Prairie Cemetery, Ladoga.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
