Ethel M. Bickelhaupt

Ethel M. Bickelhaupt, 89, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, December 5, 2010 at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home. She was born April 20, 1921 in Lamartine, the daughter of Irving and Clara Lingenfelter Wolf. On October 25, 1941 she married John D. Bickelhaupt at Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac. Ethel was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac. Ethel was a seamstress for many years and enjoyed crocheting and quilting. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband throughout the United States and spending their winters in Arizona. Ethel loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.SURVIVORS: her husband, John Bickelhaupt; three sons, Dennis Bickelhaupt, Oshkosh, Larry (Maxine) Bickelhaupt, Phelps; Howard (Barbara) Bickelhaupt, Riverside, CA; three daughters, Barbara (John) Leitner, Beaver Dam, Bonnie (Al) Schneider, Chandler, AZ, Nancy (Randy) Jagow, Fond du Lac; 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; one brother, Forrest (Lavern) Wolf, Lamartine; one sister-in-law, Fern Wolf, Marquette, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Richard Wolf; two sisters, Alvina Cohen and Rachel LeQue.



VISITATION: will be from 10:30 AM "“ 1 PM on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Redeemer Lutheran Church. The funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, with Rev. Fred Toppe officiating.
