EUGENE D. "DANNY" PUDDYEugene D. "Danny" Puddy, age 75 formerly of 422 Pine Tree Drive, and a resident of Harbor Haven Nursing Home, died Friday, April 29,2005 at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home. He was born in Fond du Lac on July11,1929 in Fond du Lac the son of Royal and Marie Kain Puddy. On December 2,1950 he married Anna M. Andrecheck at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Beaver Dam. Anna preceded him in death on March 25,2001. He was a veteran of U. S. Navy. Eugene was a contracted union electrician and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Engineers and Fond du Lac Trades and Labor Council. Eugene was a member of the Fond du Eagles Aerie No. 270 B.O.E, and Holy Family-St. Patrick's Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and taking his children and grandchildren fishing.SURVIVORS: two daughters, Patty (Gary) St. Mary of Fond du Lac, Janet (Anthony) Christine of Janesville, five sons, Mark (Gloria) Schultz of Fond du Lac, Thomas (Barbara) Puddy of Mt. Calvary, Steve (Beth) Puddy of Columbus, OH, Brian (Wendy) Puddy of Marshfield, John (Raimie) Kameda Puddy of Carlsbad, CA, nine grandchildren, Shawn, Cory, Nick, Mathew, Tommy, Jessie, Emily, Zach, Ian, Jackson, and Ries, three step-grandchildren, Aimee, Perry, and Katie, five great-grandchildren, Cameron, Colton, Tristin, Tanner, and Cassidy, five step-great-grandchildren, Tyler, Andrew, Nathaniel, Ryan, and Zoe, two brothers, Richard (Willie) Puddy of Sheboygan, James (Eunice) Puddy of Fond du Lac, four sisters, Liz (Ray) Peterson of Norwalk, CA, Nancy (John) Pitt of Roseville, CA, Mary (Gary) Atkinson of Portland, OR, Margaret "Peggy" (Dennis) Morentin of Terrebonne, OR, one sister in law, Agnes (Kenneth) Gobeli, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one sister Elaine, two brothers, Michael and David, sister in law, Betty Puddy.
VISITATION: Thursday, May 5, 2005 from 11:30 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Thursday, May 5, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. prayers at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home will be held with a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 1:30 P.M. at Holy Family Parish-St. Patrick's Church with the Reverend John Radetski officiating. Cremation will follow the traditional services. Inurnment will take place at The Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
