Eugene R. Roehl

Eugene R. Roehl, age 75, of 609 W. Scott St, Fond du Lac, died Friday, May 28, 2010 at his residence following a courageous battle with cancer with his special daughter-in-law, Jenny by his side. He was born on February 18, 1935 in Fond du Lac the son of Rueben and Eugenie (Bothe) Roehl. On April 22, 1967 he married Lucille Harmer at Redeemer Lutheran Church. She preceded him in death on November 23, 1992. Eugene was a truck driver for TTI for forty-two years. He enjoyed bowling and auto racing. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Ev. Church.SURVIVORS: eight children, Starla (Dennis) O'Brien of Eden, Scott (Jenny) Immel of Pewaukee, Aaron (Jenny) Roehl of Fond du Lac, Judy (Richard) Vollbrecht of Brandon, Ritchie (Maddie) Adams of Roseville, CA, Danny (Deb) Adams of Naperville, IL, Steve Adams of Fond du Lac, Tim Adams, twenty grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, two sisters, Charlotte (Earl) Morgen of Mt. Calvary, Carol (Larry) Merrill of Fond du Lac, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Lucille, two grandchildren, one brother in law, Bud Immel.



VISITATION: Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from 4-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with the Reverend Joel Gaertner officiating. Burial will follow at Estabrooks Cemetery.
