Evelyn K. Omland

Evelyn K. Omland, 74, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, May 28, 2022, at St. Francis Home. She was born on July 8, 1947, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Edward and Mary (Straub) Omland. Evelyn was a graduate of Goodrich High School. Following graduation, she went on to work at Holiday Automotive. She was a dedicated employee, who worked at Holiday for 51 years as a title and records administrator. She was the youngest person to work at the original dealership on the North Main Street Location. Evelyn liked to go to the casino and shop in her free time.



She is survived by five brothers, Kenneth, Lynn (Edna), Ray (Linda Hintz), Keith and Mark (Barb Miller) Omland; two special friends, Yvonne Loduha and Arlene Finke; her little girl, “Rainy”; and many nieces, nephews and other friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Mary; sister, Kathryn Omland; and sister-in-law, Darlene Omland.



The visitation will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ledgeview Memorial Park, N6250 County Road K, Fond du Lac, WI 54935.
