Fay Fatima Brockway

Fay Fatima Brockway, 94 of Fond du Lac, died Monday, September 24, 2012 at her residence. She was born on December 4, 1917 in Cardiff, South Wales, United Kingdom. On November 14, 1945 she married Carl L. "Buddy" Brockway at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Cardiff, South Wales, United Kingdom. Carl preceded her in death on October 24, 1999.SURVIVORS: Fay is survived by her two sisters; Nina Dodd and Kay Holland both of South Wales, United Kingdom. She is further survived by many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and two sisters.



VISITATION: At Fay's request there will be no visitation. FUNERAL: Private funeral services will be held Thursday, October 4, 2012 at The Chapel of The Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.
