Felix P. Kiefer, 83, formerly of 60 Southlake Lane, and a resident of All About Life Rehabilitation Center, died Saturday, March 10, 2007, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born July 16, 1923, in Lomira, the son of William and Pearl Friedrich Kiefer. On September 14, 1946, he married Marie Casper at St. Joseph's Church in Fond du Lac. Mr. Kiefer was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Mary's Church. Felix was a graduate of Lomira High School. He was formerly employed by Equifax Corporation for 28 years, retiring in 1978. He later was self-employed in the solar energy field, and was employed by Fond du Lac County as a handi-van driver for 14 years. Surviving is his wife, Marie, a daughter, Gloria (Paul) Hoff of Brownsville, two sons, Tom (Renee') Kiefer of Campbellsport, and Richard (Angie) Kiefer of Fond du Lac, seven grandchildren; Anna and Lindsay Hoff, Michele, Angie, and Kelly Kiefer, and Emily and Audrey Kiefer, and one great-granddaughter, Mia Kiefer. His parents preceded him in death.
Visitation for Mr. Felix P. Kiefer will be on Tuesday, March 13, 2007, from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at 10 am at the funeral home, and Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am at St. Mary's Church. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery.
