Francis A. Roberts

Francis A. Roberts, 86, of North Fond du Lac, died peacefully Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at his residence with his family at his side. He was born February 10, 1926 in Fond du Lac, the son of Albert and Marie Meyer Roberts. Francis was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked for Mercury Marine until his retirement in 1988. Francis enjoyed tractors, horses and woodworking. SURVIVORS: five children, Betty (Joe) White, North Fond du Lac, Ron (Kathy) Roberts, North Fond du Lac, Carol Roberts, North Fond du Lac, Dale Roberts, Fond du Lac, Gary Roberts, North Fond du Lac; thirteen grandchildren, Brian (Ann) White, Marsha (Dave) Sharpe, Greg (Jennifer) Roberts, Dan Roberts, John (Mary) Tynan, Mike (Heidi) Jaeger, Christopher Roberts, Stacy (Sheila) Roberts, Richard Roberts, Justin Krenn, Amy (Jim) Rosenthal, Zeb Roberts, Rachel Roberts; seventeen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren. He is further survived by his special friend, Pat Klebs, North Fond du Lac; one brother, Lyle Roberts, Fond du Lac; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Gerry and Bruce Roberts.



VISITATION: will be from 4-7 PM on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 North Park Avenue, Fond du Lac. The memorial service will be held at 7 PM on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas White officiating. Cremation has taken place.Memorials are appreciated in Francis' name to Agnesian Hospice Hope.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
