Francisco R. Muzquiz, Jr.

Francisco “Kiko” R. Muzquiz Jr., son of Francisco and Lori Muzquiz, brother of Shannon and Miguel, entered eternal life Sunday, March 20, 2022, at age 40. Kiko was born August 27, 1981, in Fond du Lac, WI. He was a graduate of FDL High School. Kiko enjoyed spending time with family, going camping, cruising in his dad’s classic car; Kiko loved cheering on his nephews at their sporting events. He enjoyed fishing, four wheeling, dirt biking and watching Brewers baseball.

Kiko is survived by his parents, Fransisco and Lori Muzquiz; sister, Shannon (Tim) Zahradnik; brother, Miguel Muzquiz; nephews, Gage (McKenzie) Zahradnik and Trey Muzquiz; niece, Rachel (KJ Mack) Zahradnik; great nephews, Liam and Kashton Zahradnik and Kobe Mack.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Rachel LeQue; paternal grandmother, Francisca Monsivais: other aunts, uncles, and special cousins, Donnie Lee and Kathy Boyd.

Kiko - Our beloved son you will be missed so much, we love you and one day we will be together again. God closed your weary mind and whispered to you “peace be thine”, it breaks our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone for part of us went with you as God called you home.

I made it home.

I just wanted to let you know that I made it home.

Everything is so pretty here, so white, so fresh, so new. I wish that you could close your eyes so you could see it too.

Please try not to be sad for me. Try to understand. God is taking care of me…I’m in the shelter of his hands.

Here there is no sadness, and no sorrow, and no pain. Here there is no crying, and I’ll never hurt again.

Here it is so peaceful, when all the angels sing. I really have to go for now … I’ve just got to try my wings.
