Frank J. Griffin

Frank J. Griffin, 79, of 898 Security Drive, died Saturday, February 25, 2006, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born April 1, 1926, in Fond du Lac, the son of Eugene V. and Marie Reindl Griffin. On August 10, 1959, he married Lillian Voll in Hinsdale, IL. She preceded him in death on February 5, 1999. Mr. Griffin was a former resident of Downers Grove, IL, working for the Illinois Power & Light Company as a wireman, and had been a resident of Fond du Lac since 1975. He was a veteran of the US Army serving from 1944 to 1945.Surviving are two sisters, Catherine (Daniel) Wyrobeck of Fond du Lac, and Mary Swartly of Seattle, WA, two brothers, Daniel (Shirley) Griffin and Robert Griffin, both of Fond du Lac, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.



Visitation for Mr. Frank J. Griffin will be on Wednesday, March 1, 2006, from 9 to 10 am at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Liturgy of the Word for Christian Burial services will be at 10 am on Wednesday at the funeral home.
