George F. Weber, 83, was born July 18, 1931 in Cincinnati, OH. He was born to eternal life on October 5, 2014 in Fond du Lac. George was the son of George and Catherine (Johnson) Weber. He graduated from Mt. Healthy High School where he was in the Mt. Healthy High School Half-Century club. He was also the president of his senior class. George attended the University of Ohio – Buckeyes.
George worked in industrial sales for Abrasive Specialists in Greendale, WI and in retirement at Johnson Bus Company. George was an avid sportsman, enjoying musky fishing and deer hunting, football and baseball. He also enjoyed his part-time job as a Princeton Flea Market vendor, where he spent time talking and joking with every stranger that he met.
Surviving George is his wife of 45 years, Dorothy, three sons; George E. (Sue), David (Kim) and Steven, three daughters; Darrell (Paul) Pilon, Jamie Lapp and Donnette Schroeder, twelve grandchildren; Karen Marshall, Rachel (Joe) Acker, Rebecca (Michael) Snodgrass, Jason Lapp, Samantha Mattingly, Renee (Matt) Messerschmidt, George Weber, Adrian Weber, Peter Weber, Carson Weber, Sarah (Nuri) Yildiz and Matt Connell, twelve great-grandchildren; Ian Marshall, Kenneth Snodgrass, Olivia Snodgrass, Joseph Snodgrass, Monica Acker, Mya Weber, William Daniels, Edison Messerschmidt, Reid Messerschmidt, Kirstyn Davis, Dalton Davis and Altin Yildiz. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sarah (Samson), his parents, a brother Earl and a great-grandson, Stephen Marshall.
Per George’s request, there will be a private family funeral and interment at a later date. Cremation has already taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in George’s name can be made to the American Diabetes’s Association.
