George Lauer

George Lauer, 67, of West Chicago, IL, formerly of Keenyville, IL passed unexpectedly on January 14, 2020.



George was one of the owners of Mel-O-Air Heating and Air Conditioning in Wheaton, IL for many years. He enjoyed boating, fishing and gardening since his retirement.



He is survived by a loving family, wife, Lori (Stubbings) Lauer; daughter, Colleen; son, Eric (Tricia); and sisters, Carol (Tom) LaPointe, Jackie (Dick) Kaszniak, Marie (Bill) Weller, and many nieces and nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Eleanor (Adamick) Lauer; and brothers, John and Frank (Denise); and sister, Donna (the late Tony) Corsentino.



A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Corpus Christi Church, 1415 West Lies Road, Carol Stream, IL 60188 on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
