Georgene M. "Gena" Sperbeck

Georgene M. “Gena” Sperbeck, age 60, of Fond du Lac, died Monday, January 30, 2017 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on October 16, 1956 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Robert and Charlotte (Salzman) Braatz. On November 14, 1975 she married Michael Sperbeck at Church of Peace in Fond du Lac. Gena loved life, her family, and faith. She also enjoyed crafting and going for Sunday rides.



Survivors include her husband, Michael of Fond du Lac; one daughter, Katie (fiancé Matt Kahlhamer) Sperbeck of Fond du Lac; brothers and sisters, Dale (Cheryl) Braatz of Fond du Lac, Sharene (Robert) Kind of Fond du Lac, Rodney Braatz of Fond du Lac, Bill Braatz of Fond du Lac; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.



Private family services were held and cremation has taken place.
