Georgia Thill

Georgia Thill, 74, formerly of 978 Garden Street, Lomira, died Thursday, August 19, 2004, at ManorCare Nursing Home. She was born October 3, 1929, in Fond du Lac, a daughter of Peter and Olga Bekres Mangas. On October 17, 1959, she married Gerald Thill at St. Martin's Church in Ashford, WI. Mrs. Thill was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Benzler-Waehler American Legion Post #347 Auxiliary, Kettle Moraine VFW Post 8339 Auxiliary, and Eagles Aerie #270 Auxiliary. Surviving is her husband, two daughters, Madlyn (Timothy) Smith of Fond du Lac, and Olga Zielieke of Lomira, three grandsons, Shawn, Ryan, and Patrick, and three granddaughters, Stacy (Lee) Dreikousen, Kelly, and Courtney. She is further survived by four sisters, Christine (Mike) Silivrides of Chicago, Helen Sippel of Milwaukee, Nancy (Tom) Wagner of Fond du Lac, and Stella Johnson of Germantown, and a brother, Jim (Joan) Mangas of Fond du Lac. Her parents preceded her in death.



Visitation for Mrs. Georgia Thill will be on Monday, August 23, 2004, from 9 to 11 am at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Funeral services will be on Monday, August 23, 2004, at 11 am at the church. The Rev. Peter Pappademetriou will officiate and entombment will be in All Faith Garden Mausoleum in Rienzi Cemetery.
