Gerald T. "Gerry" Roberts

Gerald T. "Gerry" Roberts, 56, of 209 Hass Circle, Fond du Lac, died Thursday, July 16, 2009. He was born March 17, 1953, in Fond du Lac, the son of Francis and Mary Schroeder Roberts. He was formerly employed by the Village of North Fond du Lac. He later worked for Semenas Excavating for over 20 years. He enjoyed deer and wild turkey hunting. Surviving is a daughter, Stacy (Sheila Downing ) Roberts of Sheboygan, a son, Richard Roberts of Fond du Lac of Fond du Lac, his father, Francis Roberts of North Fond du Lac, five brothers and sisters, Ron (Kathy) Roberts, Betty (Joe) White, and Carol Roberts, all of North Fond du Lac, Dale Roberts of Fond du Lac, and Gary Roberts, also of North Fond du Lac. He is further survived by a stepbrother, Scott Schroeder of Fond du Lac. He was preceded in death by his mother, a brother, Bruce, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.



The family will receive friends on Monday, July 20, 2009, from 3 to 7 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 7 pm at the funeral home with Deacon Paul Monzel officiating. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
