Geraldine A. "Pearl" Brookman

Geraldine "Pearl" A. Brookman, 88, died Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at All About Life Rehabilitation Center. She was born February 18, 1925 in Budsin, WI, the daughter of Victor and Anna Ketteler. On October 23, 1948, she was united in marriage to Howard Brookman. Howard and Pearl spent the early years of their marriage in Ripon and moved to Fond du Lac in the early sixties. Pearl was an active member of Church of Peace-Fond du Lac for over 50 years, making many quilts that were auctioned off at the annual church bazaar. In addition to her involvement at her church, she was also a server at the Spectrum.She is survived by a son, Sheldon, of Fond du Lac; a daughter, Lori (Thomas) Stephany of Taycheedah; one brother and one sister. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister.



The visitation will take place on Saturday, June 15, 2013 from 1-3 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3 PM with Rev. Jennifer C.M. Dawson officiating.
