Geraldine A. Porter (Sass)

Geraldine A. Porter (Sass), 87, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Adelaide Place. She was born October 22, 1934, the daughter of William and Mary Sass (Schleger) in Fond du Lac. Geraldine was a graduate of Goodrich High School. On September 12, 1953, she married Gordon Porter at Church of Peace, Fond du Lac. She loved to play bingo, cards, do word finds and garden.



She is survived by eight children, Deborah (George) Rhoades, Linda (Roy) Strutz, Sharon (James) Joy, David (Mary) Porter, Robert Porter, Marie (David) Lee, Lisa (Steve) Gehde, and Jason Porter; 19 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and one brother-in-law, Kenny Porter. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary; husband, Gordon; three sisters; and two brothers.



There will be a private visitation for the family only. Private burial at Estabrooks Cemetery at a later date.
