Gertrude W. "Trudy" Gleason

Gertrude W. " Trudy" Gleason, 75 of 281 8th Street, died Friday, November 10,2006 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on June 27,1931 in Brooklyn, New York the daughter of Conrad and Elvira Unsold. On December 27,1950 she married Robert Gleason. He preceded her in death on February 27,1979. Trudy worked as a teacher's assistant, librarian, and worked in a deli. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church. Trudy enjoyed sewing, swimming, animals, and was compassionate about life, creative artistically, and loved being with her children and grandchildren.Survivors include her children, David L. Roth, Phoenix, AZ, Thomas R. (Debbie) Gleason, O'Fallon, Missouri, John P. (Robyn) Gleason, Fond du Lac, Susan B. (William) Farver, Mantua, Ohio, Bonnie A. (Jesse) Ferderman, Fond du Lac, and Robert (Cindy) Gleason, Jr., Greenville, Michigan, thirteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.



VISITATION: Family will receive friends on Monday, November 13, 2006 from 3:30 to 4:00 P.M. at Hope Lutheran Church. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Memorial services will be held on Monday, November 13 2006 at 4:00 P.M. at Hope Lutheran Church with the Reverend Arthur Callies officiating. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Fond du Lac Humane Society.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
