Gladys E. Tuxhorn

Gladys E. Tuxhorn, 71, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, May 13, 2011 at Walnut Grove Nursing Center. Gladys was born January 3, 1940 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Roland and May Belle Barnes Hebert. On November 29, 1958 she married Leland G. Tuxhorn at the Church of Peace. Gladys worked at Kresge's, Ben Franklin, G.C. Murphy, and Walgreens, retiring after 44 years. She enjoyed crafting, fishing, and going to Oneida. SURVIVORS: one son, Donald (Janet) Tuxhorn, Edwardsburg, MI; three grandchildren, , Jennifer Myers, Ryan Tuxhorn, and Jessica (Troy) Bradburn, five great-grandchildren, Alexis, Braden, and Cailey Myers, Taryn Tuxhorn, and Aydin Bradburn. She is further survived by one brother, James Hebert, Fond du Lac; two sisters, Kip (Dan) Warner, Fond du Lac, Chris Loof, Fond du Lac; one sister-in-law, Mary Hebert, Two Rivers; two brothers-in-law, Walter Finck, Eldorado, Don Crook, Adams, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lee; two infant daughters; two infant sons; one brother, Rollie Hebert; three sisters, Judy (Ken) Weeks, Virginia Finck, Ruth Crook.
