Gloria J. Davison of Fond du Lac, passed away on February 10, 2022, at Woodlands Senior Park. Gloria was born on April 4, 1939, in the Town of Marquette, in Green Lake County. She was the daughter of Fred and Laurina Stellmacher Haas. Gloria was united in marriage on October 20, 1956, to Edward E. Davison, at the United Brethren Church in Markesan.
Gloria worked in the accounting department at National Rivet in Waupun for 8 years. She also worked as Cost Account Clerk at Green Lake County Highway Department in Green Lake, WI, for 31 years.
Gloria loved her family very much and always wanted to be there for them as long as she was able to. She spent many hours praying for her family, friends, and church family too. She attended First Baptist Church in Fond du Lac.
Survivors include three children: Douglas (Sue) Davison, Daniel (Mary) Davison, and Debra (Calvin) Hopp; six grandchildren, Stephanie (Michael) Strzelecki, Paul Davison, Mark (Alyssa) Davison, Jennifer (John) Holzman, Nicholas Davison, Michelle Hopp; six great-grandchildren, Janna and Joslynn Holzman, Maverick and Gabriel Strzelecki, Graham and Iris Davison; one sister, Darlene (Jerry) Clark; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Laurina Haas; her husband, Edward Davison; two daughters-in-law, Coleen Davison and Teri Davison; two sisters-in-law, Lona Mae Davis and Marilyn Davison; two brothers-in-law, Warren Davis and Gordon Davison; and one nephew, Bryan Clark.
Visitation for Gloria Davison will take place on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church, 721 E. Scott St, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the church at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Estabrooks Cemetery.
