Gregory A. Smith

Gregory A. Smith, 61, died unexpectedly Monday, July 1, 2019 at his home. Greg was born to Charles F. and Edna M. (Keyes) Smith on September 24, 1957. He was a 1978 graduate of LP Goodrich High School. Greg enjoyed golfing, hunting and spending time up north. He was an avid bowler and bowled three 300 games in his career. Greg was a 30-year employee at Kohler Co. and was planning to retire at the end of the year.

Greg is survived by his brothers and sister, Tom (Linda) of Sun Prairie, Tim (Sue) of Mt. Calvary, Steve (Mary) of Pipe, Brad (Barb) of North Fond du Lac, Pam (Tom) Marcoe of Fond du Lac, Chris (Sue) of Fond du Lac, Bruce (Jenny) of Madison, and Todd (Diane) of Fond du Lac. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Greg was preceded in death by his parents; sister-in-law, Linda M. Smith; and his grandparents.

The visitation will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with a celebration of Greg's life following at 7:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the traditional services with inurnment at a later date in Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a fund in the memory of Greg will be established.
