Gregory E. Rebek

My sweet love and husband of 23 years slept his way into God's arms on Monday, September 23, 2013 at the tender age of 60. He was born Gregory Earl Rebek to loving parents, Donald and Patricia Reichert Rebek on February 1, 1953 in Fond du Lac, WI. His brothers Duane (Elaine) Rebek and Rick (Debbi) Rebek were his best buds, on whom Greg knew he could always rely.Greg attended St. Joseph's Grade School, St. Lawrence Seminary, and is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Greeting him in Heaven are his grandparents, parents, sister, Jeannette, and son, Jason, along with family and friends who have gone before.Greg loved life, family, and friends. He loved working at Oshkosh Corp., breakfast at McDonald's, tending to the garden, fixing up the house, golfing, wood turning, and Christmas "“ especially Christmas.



Our family requests that you hold Greg and us in your thoughts and prayers. There will be no visitation or burial services per his wishes. Should you desire, please give to the charity of your choice, with thoughts of Greg.Greg, affectionately known by his beloved grandchildren as "Poppi" was one of a kind.
