Harvey R. Snyder

Harvey R. Snyder, 71, of 384 West 11th Street, Fond du Lac, died peacefully on January 25, 2011 at his residence. He was born on August 12, 1939 in Fond du Lac, son of Luther P. and Leveda G. (Green) Snyder. Harvey attended Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac. He married Mary Behlke on July 18, 1969 at the Church of Peace, Fond du Lac. She preceded him in death on April 22, 1982. He later married Judith A. Johnson on November 9, 1989. She preceded him in death on September 7, 2000. Harvey worked as a cement finisher for the Miron Construction Company for over 30 years. He was a life long member of the Church of Peace. Harvey enjoyed woodworking, bowling, and meeting friends at the VanDyne stores on Saturdays. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.SURVIVORS: He is survived by his children Michael (Samantha Abrahamson) Brotherton, Fond du Lac, Brenda (Todd) Robl, North Fond du Lac, Wanda Ott, Brownsville, ten grandchildren, four brothers, one sister, and one sister-in-law. His parents, his wives, five brothers, and one sister preceded Harvey in death.



FUNERAL: Friends may call on Friday, January 28, 2011, from 4-7PM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral home. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held Friday, January 28, 2011, at 7:00 PM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. Jennifer C.M. Dawson officiating. Burial will take place in Estabrooks Cemetery.
