Hazel I. Carlone

Hazel Irene Carlone 91 passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 28th, 2011. She was born on December 23, 1919 in Elizabeth, Co., the daughter of Virgil & Cora Tompkins. On Feb. 14 1946, she married Norman Carlone. Together they lived and raised their family of three children in Fond du Lac WI, before retiring in 1985 and moving to Grand Junction, CO. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Fond du Lac and was a resident of the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home for the past year.Hazel is survived by her three children, Norma Carlone of Lakewood, CO. Cindy (Tom) Medina of Littleton, CO. Mike (Kathy) Carlone of Fond du Lac, WI., four grandchildren, Tanya (Joe) Blackburn, Allison (Jeff) Warnock, Mandy Quinn, Gina Carlone and one brother, Forrest Tompkins of Fruita, Co.She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Raymond & Earl, one sister Millie and her loving husband of 60 years Norman Carlone.



Visitation: Visitation for Hazel Carlone will be on Saturday, December 3, 2011, from 10 to 11 AM at the First Presbyterian Church, 1225 4th Street, Fond du Lac.Services: Funeral services will be at 11 AM on Saturday at the church. The Rev. Jack Harrison will officiate and cremation will follow the traditional services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Hazel's name. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
