Helen E. Toth

Helen E. Toth, age 92, formerly of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, May 11, 2014 in Marinette, WI. She was born on January 24, 1922 in Princeton, WI, the daughter of Andrew and Blanche (Zaporowske) Michalowske. She worked at Infant Socks prior to marriage. On August 24, 1944 she married James J. Toth Sr. at St. Louis Church in Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death in 2005. Helen was a member of Holy Family Parish. She was active for many years at St. Louis Church and School and she and Jim were a member of the Sacred Heart Perpetual Adoration Chapel for many years. She loved crocheting, flower gardening, traveling, reading, and cooking. She moved to Marinette in 2007. Helen had a wonderful sense of humor and was a caring and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend.SURVIVORS: one son, James (Linda) Toth Jr. of Rosendale, one daughter, Susan (Arthur) Lewis of Marinette, WI; three grandsons, James (Kathy) Toth of Parker, CO, Scott (Tami) Toth of Green Lake, Jeffrey Lewis of Marinette, WI; six great-granddaughters, Olivia, Addeline, and Audrey of Parker, CO, McKenzie, Lexus, and Cassandra of Green Lake, WI; one sister in law, Carlene Michalowske, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, Mary Zajac and Clara Beaudreau, four brothers, Jerry, Frank, Joseph, and John Michalowske, and two grandchildren, Sheryl and John Toth.



VISITATION: Tuesday, May 20, 2014 from 4-7 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. FUNERAL: Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mary's Church-Holy Family, 59 East Merrill Avenue, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935.
