Helen G. Winget

Helen G. Winget, 72, of North Fond du Lac, died Monday, April 4, 2011 at her residence. She was born December 13, 1938 in Durand, WI, the daughter of John and Angeline Vogler Meixner. On September 19, 1959 she married Gary O. Winget in Lima, WI. Helen worked for the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home for 28 years, retiring in 1993. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.SURVIVORS: her husband, Gary Winget; four children, Darcy (Doug) Algar, Madison, Kurt (Michelle) Winget, Oakfield, Jeanne (Bob) Grube, North Fond du Lac, Lisa (Patrick) Betz, Fond du Lac; ten grandchildren, Joshua, Jason, Jennifer and Emily Winget, Beth (Matt), Nick (Gretta), and Amber Grube, Andrea Algar, Hannah and Daniel Betz; two great grandchildren, Nevins and Tessa Zoch. She is further survived by two sisters, Dorothy (Rob) Hallock, Ellsworth, WI, Bernadine Meixner, Eau Claire, WI; one brother, John (Nancy) Meixner, Durand, WI; two sisters-in-law, Bonnie Wolter, Green Bay, Ginger (Chuck) Wadzinski, Rothschild; brothers-in-law, Frank Newton and Bob Bauer,and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Garen Anthony; one brother, James Meixner; two sisters, Florence Bauer, Marie Bates; nephew, Shawn Bauer; sisters-in-law, Cleo Meixner Reitz, Donna Newton; brothers-in-law, Bernard Bates, Fred Wolter.



VISITATION: will be from 9 "“ 11 AM on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Deacon Larry Hughes officiating.
