Helen M. Sauve "Aunt", died with loving family close by her side on Saturday, November 10, 2007 at Manor Care in Fond du Lac. The daughter of the late Peter Sauve and the late Marie Sauve (Schramm) of Fond du Lac. Helen was born on May 29, 1927 in Fond du Lac and graduated from Goodrich High School. She was never married. Helen retired from Woolworths after 30 years. She lived in Fond du Lac her entire life. She loved to read novels and put puzzles together. Her whole life Helen sacrificed and did for other people. She was truly a remarkable woman that touched anyone's lives that she encountered. There was nothing she would have not done for anyone she knew. She was the most selfless, modest, and loving person. There are not enough words to describe how truly great of a woman she was. She will be dearly missed and loved. She is survived by her sisters Fran Stotzheim of North Fond du Lac and Mary Geis of Waukesha. Also seven nieces and nephews. And many great nieces and nephews. And preceeded in death by her parents, Mary and Peter Sauve and nephew,Frank M. Harper.
Aunt wanted to be cremated and buried with her mother. A family memorial has taken place.Aunt, you will be so dearly missed. You have help so many of us and never asked for anything in return. We love you.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
