INFANT ETHAN THOMAS BONNELLInfant Ethan Thomas Bonnell, 9 days old, died Friday, June 24, 2005 at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He was born June 15,2005 at Fond du Lac the son of Alfred J. Bonnell, Jr. and Jennifer Streblow.SURVIVORS: his parents, Alfred J. Bonnell, Jr. and Jennifer Streblow of Fond du Lac, a sister, Emma Nina Bonnell, at home, Maternal grandparents, Laurie (Tom) Leestma of Fond du Lac, David C. Streblow and special friend, Susan Warner, Fond du Lac, Paternal grandparents, Alfred J.( Pamela J.) Bonnell, Sr., Fond du Lac. Ethan is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.



VISITATION: Monday, June 27,2005 from 7-8 P.M. at First Presbyterian Church. FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held at 8:00 P.M. at First Presbyterian Church with Reverend Anthony Farina officiating. Cremation will follow the traditional services with inurnment in Estabrooks Cemetery."Ethan Thomas is much loved and greatly missed."Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
