Ivory Batups

Ivory Batups Ivory Batups, 75, formerly of Louise, MS and a resident of Fond du Lac for the last 12 years died Saturday, December 18, 2004 at his residence. Ivory was born March 1, 1929 in Louise, MS, a son of Will and Lizzie Batup. Ivory farmed in Mississippi for many years. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Vietnam. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Survivors include his beloved friend of 30 years, Fannie Williams, two sons, Robert Lee Cary and Curtis Nutall of Louise, MS, six daughter; Meldon Davis, Flossie Johnson, Alma Cary, Martha Ashford, Minnie Milsap, Christy Aguirre, all of Fond du Lac, 24 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.



Visitation for Mr. Ivory Batups will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2004 from 4-6 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home with the Rev. Dan Leeds officiating. Burial will follow at Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
