Jacalyn "Jackie" Marie Papenfuss Hettenhaus

Jacalyn “Jackie” Marie Papenfuss Hettenhaus, age 68, died Wednesday, August 1. 2018, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on July 26, 1950, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Leo and Genevieve (Woeshnik) Papenfuss. She graduated from Goodrich High School. Jackie was a receptionist at St. Mary’s CCLT in Lomira for many years and also worked as a Material Control Analyst at G & L/Fives. Her greatest joy was watching her grandchildren grow. She read until there were no books to read and there wasn’t a smutty romance novel that she didn’t love! She always loved playing Words w/Friends, but if you have any unfinished games, you may as well forfeit!



Survivors include her children, Chris (Tracy) Hettenhaus, Thomas (Kris) Hettenhaus, Carrie (Adam) Buchholz; her beloved grandchildren, Abigail, Catrina, and Brooke Hettenhaus, Kaely (Craig) Capelle and her first unborn great-grandchild, Brianna Hettenhaus, Ethan Macheel; one sister, Dorothy (Ken) Zitlow; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Genevieve Papenfuss; one nephew, Danny Zitlow.



Visitation will take place on Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 11:30 AM until 1:30 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. A celebration of life will follow the visitation at 1:30 PM at the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
