James M. Morgan

James M. Morgan, 67, of Fond du Lac, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at his home after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. James was born on June 8, 1944 in Sheboygan. He was the son of the late Norbert and Mayme (O'Neil) Morgan. He graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 1963. On August 12, 1967 he married the love of his life Susan Holbrook at St. George Catholic Church in Sheboygan County. They would have celebrated forty-five years of marriage this August. He worked his life long career as a salesman in the food industry. Working for Kraft, Klements, Johnsonville, and finally working sixteen years as sales manager of Old Wisconsin Sausage Company.James was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and grandfather who loved spending time with his family and friends. He cherished his time being up north at his cottage during all four seasons and he loved to feed and watch the birds.SURVIVORS: In addition to his loving wife Susan, James is survived by his treasured children, Cathleen (David) McKenzie of New Berlin, Patrick (Rebecca) Morgan of Bluffton, SC, and Jason (Jennifer) Morgan of Fond du Lac; seven grandchildren, Brittany and Cassandra Vos, Evan, Connor, and Graham McKenzie, Lucas and Makenna Morgan; he is further survived by two brothers, Neil (Carleen) Morgan Of Plymouth, and Leo (Joyce) Morgan of Sheboygan Falls; two sisters, Kathryn Schleicher and Betty Meyer of Sheboygan Falls; three brothers in law, Aaron (Shirley) Mertes of Sheboygan, William Holbrook of Sheboygan, and Gary (Tammy) Holbrook of Waldo; sister in law, Agnes Morgan of Port Washington; and mother in law, Gladys Holbrook of Sheboygan. He was preceded in death by his parents, his father in law, Glenn Holbrook, sisters, Louella Morgan and Shirley Mertes, brother, Lloyd, brothers in law, Leo Schleicher and Donnie Meyer, and sister in law, Christine Holbrook.



VISITATION: Friday, May 25, 2012 from 4-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Family Church-Holy Family Parish, 271 4th St. Way, Fond du Lac. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 9:30 until the time of the service. Burial will follow at St. Charles Cemetery.
