James R. "Bucky" Parker

James "Bucky" R. Parker, age 72 of W6632 Winnebago Street, North Fond du Lac, died Sunday, August 19, 2007 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born in Fond du Lac on November 3, 1934 the son of Walter and Olga Parker. On October 13,1956 he married Sharron R. Schultz at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac. Sharron preceded him in death on October 17, 1999. James was a graduate of Fond du Lac Senior High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. James worked for Giddings & Lewis for 40 years as an assembler retiring in 1997. He was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in North Fond du Lac and the G & L Oldster Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding with his dog "Suki."He is survived by his special friend Sandy Davies, Fond du Lac, three sons, Scott J. Parker (Girl friend Laurie Grimes and her son Parker),Van Dyne, Mark T. (Linda J.) Parker and their children Josh J. and Brittany A. Parker, Fond du Lac, Todd R (Michelle M.) Parker and their children Kodi J.and Lucas R. Parker, Poy Sippi. He is further survived by two sisters, Barb (Don) Chapman and Bev Gross both of Fond du Lac, and his dog, "Suki". He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and two sisters, Jean and Pat.



VISITATION: Friends may call on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 from 4 to 8 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 23, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, North Fond du Lac. Reverend Thomas Behnke will officiate. Cremation will follow the traditional services.
