Jean L. Budler, 80, formerly of Wauzeka, WI, and currently of Oakfield, died Thursday, October 8, 2009, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born May 16, 1929, in Aurora, IL, the daughter of Charles "Chuck" and Marie Neimes Seidelman. On August 13, 1949, she married Edward Budler. He preceded her in death on November 8, 2003. Jean studied oil and acrylic painting, sculpting and high fire ceramics in Manhattan Beach and El Camino College in Redondo Beach, CA. She was a Master Sculptor for Joseph Menchini, Inc. of Pico Rivera, CA. Jean studied metal enameling at the Joslyn Center for the Arts in Torrence, CA under artist Curtis Tann. Her resume' showed a long list of shows and awards coming from the West Coast to the Midwest. Surviving is a son, Kevin (Fiancé' Alina Morales) Ronzani of Rapid City, SD, nine grandchildren, Lisa Esparza of Soldiers Grove, WI, Edward (Heather) Budler-Ronzoni of Oakfield, Jill (Paul) Monroe of Ft. Atkinson, IA, Gabriel,Giovanni, Ebony, Cesar, Santina, and Capri Ronzani, eight great-grandchildren, Jessica and Kevin Burke, Mari Elena and Marco Esparza, Morgan and Julien Budler-Ronzoni, and Anthem and Lila. Her good friend, Patricia Anderson of Prairie du Chien, WI, further survives her. Her parents and husband preceded her in death.
Memorial services for Mrs. Jean Budler will be on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at 1:30 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Rev. James Droste will officiate. Cremation has taken place. Additional information and guest book may be found at www.ueckewitt.com
