Jean Marie Janssen (Huebschman) age 62, daughter of Elory and Connie Huebschman passed away on September 15, 2021 after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born on November 4, 1958 in Fond du Lac. On August 6, 1983 she married Lee Janssen at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fond du Lac.
Jean loved to travel with her husband and family, visiting most of the US including Hawaii and Alaska as well as Canada, Australia, Mexico, Japan, and Peru. She was an avid fan of Wisconsin sports and enjoyed watching and attending games for the Brewers, Packers and Badgers. Jean loved spending time in her garden, planting new flowers and tending to all her perennials and shrubs. She took joy in caring for and spending time with her “granddogs”, Betsy and Mia, and was looking forward to the arrival of her first grandson this November. Family was the most important thing to Jean and she loved getting together and celebrating with her loved ones.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Lee Janssen; her son, Colin Janssen; and her daughter, Marisa (Frank) Eimiller; her mother, Connie Huebschman; sisters, Joanne (Al) Alevizos and Sandy (Jon) Summerbell; brothers, Rick (Mary) Huebschman and Scott (Sherry) Huebschman.
