Jeanette Margaret Roeseler

Jeanette (Polzin) Roeseler, 83, residing at the Lincoln House in Fond du Lac, died on Sunday, May 10, 2009. Jeanette was born on October 18, 1925, in Brownsville, WI, the daughter of Louis and Esther (Milow) Polzin. She was married to Wilmer Roeseler on May 9, 1959 in Fond du Lac. Jeanette was a member of Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac. She was employed at Brooke Industries for 35 years before her recent retirement. Jeanette always seemed to have an optimistic outlook; loved to play cards and bingo and be included in any plans. She appreciated it whenever anyone had a chance to sit for a spell and just talk with her. She was thoughtful and encouraging. She had the gift of making lemonade out of lemons. She was a person who remembered many birthdays and special events in life, attended any celebration that she could, and always seemed to have a kind word for others. Jeanette is survived by her daughter, Marilyn (Richard) Zangl, Fond du Lac; five grandchildren: Aaron Zangl of Hermosa Beach, CA; Zachary Zangl of New York, NY; and Wyatt Zangl, of Fond du Lac; Joshua and Travis Roeseler of Fond du Lac; two brothers; Eugene (Marge) Polzin, McLean, VA; Floyd (Sharon) Polzin, Hales Corners;three sisters: Ardis MacKenzie, Park Ridge, IL; Dianne (Jim) Raube; Brownsville, and Carol (John) Daniels, West Bend; nieces ,nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Louis and Esther; her son John; brothers, sisters, and brothers and sisters-in-law: Louis and Dorothy Polzin, Wilmer (Bill) and Gert Polzin, Marion (Polzin) Tharp, Isabel and Clete Owens, Doug MacKenzie, and Ron Teofilo.



Visitation for Jeanette Roeseler will be on Thursday, May 14, 2009, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church. Funeral Service will be at 11 am at the church on Thursday. Reverend Alan Schaffmeyer will officiate. Jeanette's remains will be laid to rest in the Brownsville Cemetery.
