Jill Lynn Chase

Jill Lynn Chase, 58, formerly of Fond du Lac, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021, at Autumn Oaks Nursing Home in Slinger. She was born in Fond du Lac on March 5, 1963. Jill graduated from Waupun High School in 1982. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with friends and taking care of animals.



Jill will be missed by her daughter, Heidi (Brody) Weller, and mother, Nancy (Bob) Cabler. She is further survived by a brother, Steven; three sisters, Cathy, Laurie and April; aunts and uncles, Darlene (Bob) Kairis, Dennis (Alice) Roberts, Shirley Boeder, Katherine Wymer, Janet Walters, and Michael (Mary) Chase; many cousins, other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Chase; a brother, Chuckie; a sister, Jennifer; three aunts, Diane Prahl, Judy Kimpel, and Judith Chase; and two uncles, Leroy Boeder and Thomas Chase.



A gathering at the grave site will be held at 4:30 PM on Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Rienzi Cemetery, N6101 County Road K in Fond du Lac. Cremation has taken place.
