Joan C. Klebs

Joan C. Klebs, 67, of W8901 Cty. Rd. T, Rosendale, died Sunday, December 28, 2008 at Hospice Home of Hope, Fond du Lac. She was born October 20, 1941 in Sheboygan the daughter of Herbert and Martha Eckert Braun. Joan was a graduate of Central High School class of 1960. On May 28, 1988 she married Eugene E. Klebs at Peace Lutheran Church, Rosendale. Joan was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Rogersville. She drove bus for 17 years for the Rosendale/Brandon School District retiring in November of 2005. Joan enjoyed rebating, knitting, crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles and loved being a homemaker.SURVIVORS: her husband, Eugene, Rosendale; four children, Terri (Jim) Christopher, Huntingtown, MD, Steven (Pam) Wendland, Odenton, MD, Karla (John) Radtke, Waldorf, MD, Gary (Betsy) Wendland, Glouchester, VA; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one sister, Jean (Robert) Stichert, Sheboygan, WI; one brother, Roger (JoAnne) Braun, Sheboygan, WI. Joan was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Herbert Jr.; one sister, Elaine (Clarence) Reimer.



VISITATION: will be from 10 AM "“ 1 PM on Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Rogersville. The funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday at the church with Rev. Kimberly Stowell officiating. Burial will follow in Rogersville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are appreciated to St. Agnes Hospice Home of Hope or the American Diabetes Association.The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at St. Agnes Hospital, 3rd Floor, Hospice Home of Hope, and the Central Wisconsin Cancer Center.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
