Joan M. Marcoe

Joan M. Marcoe, 86, of Fond du Lac, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020, after a brief illness. She was born in Fond du Lac on January 27, 1934, a daughter of Frank and Mary (Hall) Schmidt. On September 11, 1954, she married H. Robert “Bob” Marcoe at St Joseph’s Church in Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death on July 14, 2012. Joan was laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery on Saturday, December 12, 2020.



A memorial reading of Joan’s name will take place during the 11:00 AM Mass, Sunday, July 11, 2021, at Sacred Heart Church, 200 S. Peters Ave. in Fond du Lac. Following Mass her children will host a meet and greet in tribute to Joan for family and friends from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 270, 515 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac.
