JoAnn M. Stratz

JoAnn M. Stratz, 88, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born June 12, 1936 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Nicholas and Mathilda (Braun) Diedrich. On June 28, 1959 she married Dale R. Stratz at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She was a graduate of Goodrich High School. JoAnn worked at St. Agnes Hospital as a nursing assistant for 37 years until her retirement. She was a member of Holy Family Parish. JoAnn enjoyed traveling, knitting, crocheting, cooking, camping, going out to eat with friends, and loved spending time with her family.

 She is survived by her husband, Dale; three daughters, Debra (Jeff) Faris, Diane (Mike Sperger) Coffen, and Janet (Jeff) Lewis; four grandchildren, Shawn (Heather) Faris, Jennifer (Andy) Sposeto, Mark (Danielle) Lewis, and Ashley (Travis) Raflik; six great grandchildren; and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter, Lynn Ellen Stratz; and brother, Jerome Diedrich.

 Private family services have taken place.
