Joanne M. Stenz

Joanne M. Stenz Joanne M. Stenz, 75, of Hwy 151, Malone, Town of Calumet, died peacefully on Thursday, February 24, 2011, at the Sharon Richardson Hospice in Sheboygan Falls. She was born August 30, 1935, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Edmund J. and Evelyn Burg Halfmann. On June 13, 1953, she married Norman J. Stenz at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Johnsburg where she was currently a member. He preceded her in death on August 17, 1991. Joanne was employed at the Community Bank & Trusts of Sheboygan from December of 1971 until her retirement in December of 2000. She enjoyed camping, traveling, feeding her hummingbirds and other wildlife, and spending time with her family. Surviving are two sons, Don (Kay) Stenz and Dan (Ruth) Stenz, both of Cleveland, WI, two daughters, Sandy (Mark) Andrews of Knoxville, TN, and Sharon (Dave) Monson of Sheboygan, 10 grandchildren, Jennifer (Jeff) Heimerman of Abilene, TX, Shebonyah (Josh) Van Hoof of Toutle, WA, Ariyl (Special Friend Tony Weimer) Stenz of Fond du Lac, and Josh (Fiancé' Bobbie Mueller) Stenz of Saukville, WI, Shawn Morgan of Missoula, MT, Patrick Morgan of Anchorage, AK, Aaron Stenz and Lillian Stenz, both of Cleveland, WI, and Bailey Monson, and Erika Monson, both of Sheboygan, and 11 great-grandchildren. Her parents and husband preceded her in death.



Visitation for Joanne M. Stenz will be on Saturday, February 26, 2011, from 9:30 to 11:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Johnsburg. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30 AM at the church on Saturday. The Rev. Joseph Coerber will officiate and entombment will be in the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A memorial has been established in Joanne's name.
