John E. "Jack" Hunter

John E. "Jack" Hunter, 90, of 55 4th Street, Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at his residence. He was born the son of William R. and Ada Smith Hunter on March 15, 1918 in Fond du Lac. Jack was a veteran of the US Army serving from September 1940 through February 1941. He worked for as an inspector for Mercury Marine until his retirement. Jack enjoyed sailing and photography.SURVIVORS: he is survived by friends, Mary Arenz, Bill Schuppe and Karen Hansen, all of Fond du Lac. He was preceded in death by his parents.



VISITATION: will be from 4 "“ 6 PM on Friday, May 23, 2006 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 6 PM on Friday at the funeral home with Rev. David Redman officiating.
