John K. Ramminger

JOHN K. RAMMINGERJohn K. Ramminger, age 58, of 415 W. Division St, died Wednesday, January 19, 2005. He was born on March 22, 1946 in Fond du Lac the son of Walter J. and Ive M. Oaks Ramminger. On February 12, 1999 he married Margaret A. Lueck in Fond du Lac. John was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army, he also earned a Purple Heart. He was a member of the Fond du Lac Eagles Club Aerie No. 270. He previously worked at Mercury Marine and Club Forest. He was employed as a bartender for the past thirteen years at Ramjets. He loved country music especially Burl Ives and Johnny Cash.SURVIVORS: his wife Margaret of Fond du Lac, three sons, John (Sherry) Ramminger of Virginia Beach, James Ramminger of Fond du Lac, Jason (fiancé Farrah Schaefer) Ramminger of Fond du Lac, one granddaughter, Reagan, one brother, Robert (Sharon) Ramminger of Florida, sister in law Deb Ramminger, six step-children, Margaret, Mark, Carolyn, Jeff, Heather, and Susan, nine step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.



VISITATION: Saturday, January 22, 2005 from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Saturday, January 22, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with the Reverend Dr. Martin Koehler officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. American Legion Trier Puddy Post #275 will conduct military graveside services. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
